Some years ago I have heard about BSC method and it was very useful for me in many previous companies. In theory I know how to use BSC method, but I never tried to do anything with this tool. Using BSC eTrainings I’m improving my knowledge on how to use BSC in my new task.

Eliminating non value add activities with Balanced Scorecard

October 26th, 2010 admin No comments

Using Balanced Scorecard for strategic sourcing and procurement process. Eliminating non value add activities from procurement allowing buyers to become more strategic.

Joel, Global process leader, Momentive, Columbus

I would like to learn more about your product software. I found the mini training to be a nice introduction but not detailed enough to actually start on creating developing a bsc project.  I hope to review the software and better understand the value of the product offering.
thanks,
joel

Scorecard training helped to develop strong strategic themes and objectives

October 25th, 2010 admin No comments

We are developing a BSC system for our company and certainly scorecard trainings have helped us. We are a small business running training courses as well as consultancy services. I’m getting useful ideas from scorecardtrainings.com and this resource helps me to develop strong strategic themes and objectives.
I also get good input from the BSC Designer software in designing KPI and metrics as well as developing a strategic map.

R. Ashrafian, Deputy of the directing manager

Scorecard Trainings bring you so many useful insights into the concept. And you could do all other remaining tasks better. So, I think it worth investing in balanced scorecard. There are always results that bring you even more benefits.

Each piece of information in eTraining is useful

October 25th, 2010 admin No comments

I’m doing quality control at RGB Inc.  Each piece of information in eTraining is useful. As an idea – put mp3 files in order they should be listened to.

I think it would possibly have been a little more useful if the individual files of mini-trainings in the zip file had been numbered. This would have had the obvious advantage of putting things in the order they should have been listened to. Rather than being alphabetically listed, while each piece of information is useful it would have allowed a better “flow” of information to have been presented.

BSC e-training appear to be the best solution in terms of ease of design, implementation, and scalability. The mini-training segments have been a great introduction to proving to me that this methodology is effective.
